Group Exercise Programs
At Centre Ice Fitness, several different one hour classes to help improve your cardiovascular fitness by combining movements to elevate your heart rate to motivating music will be offered. Resistance exercise classes, focusing on toning, building strength and defining muscles and 60 minute yoga classes will also be part of the group exercise program. Additional classes may be added to the schedule as our membership grows. Our group exercise programs are included with your basic membership. Click here for Printable Group Exercise Calendar!! Group Exercise Programs are as followed: Monday: 8:00am ---- Toning and Sculpting (1 hour) 7:00pm ---- Boot Camp (1 hour) Tuesday: 8:00am ---- Dance (45 minutes to 1 hour) 12:00pm ---- Body Sculpt and Tone (1 hour) 7:00pm ---- Active Yoga (1 hour) Wednesday: 9:15am ---- Toning and Sculpting (1 hour) 7:00pm ---- Boot Camp (1 hour) Thursday: 8:00am ---- Toning and Sculpting (1 hour) 12:00pm ---- Cardio Core (1 hour) Friday: TBA Saturday: 9:30am ---- Active Yoga or Bootcamp (1 hour) (check calendar for class schedule) All of the above classes are open to and can be beneficial to all levels of fitness.
